It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ant Smith after a long battle with lung cancer. Ant played for the club for many years and as Sunday 2nds Captain was known for giving youngsters a decent go, leading to the development of many future Box stalwarts. He had a good cricket brain, played the game the right way and was great company off the field. In recent years, he was the guardian of the Toll Bridge in Bathampton. The Club sends best wishes to Hayden, Donna and their families at this difficult time. RIP Smiffer ?
